seems a lot of tv for the price.rember when 4k was new this 60 " screen would set you back 1000s now look at them tumbling
Need 75 inch to be this price... soon hopefully
Whats the reason for the sudden price fall of 4k LED? OLED the way to go?
I remember seeing a 65" 4K TV a couple of years ago in Selfridges for £30,000. Can't believe how quick the prices have tumbled.

This is the deal I've been waiting for, a nice 60" for under £1000. Does anyone know if it includes any sort of warranty at all?

lol
I've literally just bought this now. if you pay £160 more you get 3 years cover instead of 1 year. or you can pay more for 5 year cover

if you like your sport I'd be weary. I have a 6550 model and they are rubbish for any ball sports. Lots of motion blur
Great price, but seriously only 3 HDMI??

I take it gaming would be quite poor too.
What specification or feature would get rid of this blurring?
Any advice? Was about to buy the 6800 for 1149? Is it worth the difference over this cheaper model?

I don't know if any of the 6000 series is any good tbh. The picture is great . it's just fast moving sports of movies look off. And putting it sports mode doesn't fix it.

compared to what ???? 4 ? lol . people seem to forget the days of 1 hdmi
why is everyone so surprised in the price drops? TVs are one of the most depreciating things ever. When technology advances it shoves down the price on its predecessors. When whatever comes out more advanced than 4k then it'll drop even more but people won't care because they will be looking for the new technology to get cheaper
No HDR. The market seems to be more excited about that than the amount of dots so if you're picture concious, do some research on HDR

i do a bit of HDR photography, be interesting to see how it translates to TV's. this does seem to be driving the cost of 4k's down. i'll certainly be doing my research when im ready to upgrade my tv, but not just yet, ill wait for the kids to learn not to smear whatever they're eating across the screen, kinda negates the whole picture quality argument.

Dave, you'll be disappointed to learn that HDR for a tv simply means increased brightness.

What gets me is that the older CRT tv's all had better brightness than any of today's 4K blah blahs...

They were however like panzer tanks
dinealone

lol

You can't lol that. No one though you'd get 60 inch 4k would be this price. And TV sizes are only getting bigger.

He's got a point, My 3 years old 55" samsung has 5....

We've got connect
PS3
PS4
Wii U
Bluray Player
CCTV Box
Sky HD

I have to switch the Ps4 and Ps3 all the time as I only have 5 ports, with this TV I'd need a switcher box and I hate those

So so tempted by this, but the whole HDR thing makes me want to force myself to hold off longer, but £800 for a 60" 4k tv is amazing, really shows how fast prices change. I'm sitting here with my terrible 32" LCD freebie tv but don't think I can bring myself to buy anything less than an OLED or an HDR 4k.

Did you know that under eu law every electrical product has to have a 2 year warranty . And also you have up 6 years with the sale of goods act but with s.o.g.a you will only get a percentage of the product. Ie my ps4 had a fault so I sent it to sony . But tesco should have replaced the ps4 but as I no longer had the original ps4 I obviously could not send it back . Anyway . Tesco had to refund me £175 plus I got to keep the ps4 so the moral of this saga is don't get sucked in to buying unnecessary warranties
look sexcccc
JU version..........haha, hands up who just bought this?
I'll be looking forward to claiming my £800 back in 80 goals for the great 3 lions at the euros. Get in there! You beauty!

I have a two year old and a five year old, they watch we do and copy, they both know how to change the DVD etc... I kept finding all my games stacked up and scratched, that's if I found them at all. So now they have their own player.
