Bargain!!!! Really good deal.
Hmmmm. Really really hot. Hit from me.
This one is going to run real far! Anyone with the experience of buying from pixmania? What's their customer service like please ?
Imported so no freeview hd, probably used as it's from electrical experience, and most probably a misprice.

Great price though
£1,698.00 at John Lewis. Obviously a misprice by third party seller. Don't waste your time. It won't be honoured and your funds will be tied up.
I can confirm that I ordered this and got an email confirmation saying the product is new and also that it is the same model as described.
Really hot deal
Its an imported unit with no dvb t2 tuner, do anyone know how this compares to uk unit and if pixmania are any good.
wont let you put in basket now hope you get it mate but carnt see them honouring it
"Sorry, the item in your basket is no longer available. Why not use our search engine to see if you can find a similar product in our ranges?"

Good luck to anyone that managed to order.

Couldn't find it for sale on their site
Item no longer available.
Worth it as a monitor at this price, perfect for people with Sky, an HTPC or separate Freeview/freesat box. Standard TV sucks these days anyway.
No longer available altho says in stock

Argh man did not want to read that, I got in there just in time order shows as confirmed but no clue on delivery
Still available. Got one in the basket. But scared to go through with it.
now changed to 1499. will see if they go ahead with my order.
Still £400 for the item in my basket. But I'm not gonna buy it. Keep us updated guys.
Just realised the company sending out my order is tvandvideodirect.com. Anyone heard of them?

Same. Only downside I can see with regards to it being imported is tuner not working and lack of manufacturer warranty, but otherwise definitely 220-240 voltage and brand new. Still unlikely to be honoured at this price!
A company called tvandvideodirect and not electricalexperiance to send out my order through pixmania. anyone heard of them?

It's probably sold, just a glitch in your basket from earlier? Unlikely they'd have held stock based on it being in your basket.
Spoke to the store this morning, gave them my details for the order and they said they will call me back in 30mins as they are finding it difficult to log in to pixmania website. I have a feeling I'm going to be a member of the pixmania haters club very soon
Spoke to third party it should've been advertised as a 40inch sale isn't going through

Just confirmed the same with them over the phone. No money taken and Pixmania will be 'unholding' any funds once they contact electrical experience, who will tell them that the orders are to be cancelled.
You probably shouldn't have phoned them, you might have got someone in the warehouse just send it out. By phoning you are asking to be found out as you have asked them to look at the paperwork and they will see something is clearly wrong.

Doubt that's true in this case as they don't stock this TV currently and actually may have sent out the 40inch if they didn't check properly. The guy explained to me that they check the orders from pixmania before accepting them and taking payment.
glad I skipped this headache
Why an earth would you call them and draw attention?!
Anyone got a cancellation confirmation yet? The payment is pending in my account so I have emailed customer services who are looking in to getting the order cancelled. Apparently Pixmania are based in France and are just about the worst company to deal with. Lots of previous complaints about them including similar pricing errors. Would have really preferred to know this before getting caught up in a lengthy battle for a refund, which may involve trading standards (Google Pixmania reviews).
Same, haven't even got a reply
Money taken from my account today. Customer service are asking me to be patient despite me pointing out that they are in breach of their own policy:

pixmania.zendesk.com/hc/…ed-

What's everyone else doing that has fallen in the same pit?
Contacted them today, going to give them 48hrs and then it's an email to trading standards
