Samsung are currently running a cash back offer of you trade in an old tv, which is £400 taking this to £799 which I think is a relative bargain for a 65 inch TV, bringing it to the same price as a Hisense 65k5510.

This deal assumes you pay the full balance of £1199 up front then take your old 32"+ in store/post away and claim the £400 back.

Also available at richer sounds for £899 after cash back with a 6 year warranty

Where?
I have a hard decision as I want the LG oled
I have a hard decision as the LG oled 55 inch is a great tv but, having thought long and hard about it I prefer a 65 Inch TV, and the 65 inch oled's don't come down to a reasonable price like the 55 inch.

To those in the know about tvs is this Samsung a good tv?

Also does anyone know if they take old crt tv's?

thanks

It doesn't specify anything about CRT. What it does say is that the TV being traded in needs to be complete, undamaged and a screen size of at least 32"

If voting cold please can you mention why? I know reading in isn't ideal but that aside I think it's a fantastic TV for the money
How strict would they be because I've got an old crt but, it's less than 32 inch.

Surely if I took it in to richer Sounds they'd just dispose of it and I would get some kind of redemption card from richer Sounds to claim the £400 cashback?

Give it a try, worse they would say is no can do.
I doubt they'll say no as they'll be pocketing £1200.

My issue is that the terms say I have to describe the TV I gave in in the Samsung form, and if richer then say it was 24 inch I'm screwed.

Have you heard of Onyko?
This is all conjecture as I am only going to buy it if the reviews are good for it but, it's so. new I cannot find anything about it.

Wasn't she married to John Lennon?
Note that it's edgelit LED, as opposed to direct-lit LED.
I've read the cashback part and still don't get it... anyone can dumbing it down for me? Thanks in advance
Is that good or bad?

Samsung = Porsche
Polaroid = Vauxhall
this is a very tempting deal, but be aware its an 8bit panel (8bit +FRC) for a TV they consider flagship over the £1k mark I would have thought it would be 10 bit. however, if you are looking for a brand new TV, this is a very good offer

Might even have gone with Citroen...
