I wish the 10kg ones weren't so much more expensive though !

Just a word of warning the quick drive only works on 5kg of load it takes 39 minutes compare this to a LG full load 10kg at 50 minutes.

We went through two quick drives earlier in the year and it had a design flaw which Samsung CEO team admitted to that the delay timer only works on certain programs and that calculates the time didn’t work with the main wash that calculates 10 minutes into the wash.

Add to that after Samsung replaces the first machine the second lasted two washes. 2 hours on the phone getting passed around and needing the CEO team to sort out a refund.

Went back back to an LG in the end.

Anyone able to advise re delivery charges, connection, disposal of old unit please. I can't find this info anywhere.

It's free delivery and they don't do disposal I called and asked.

Not sure about connection, I did it my self, Samsung have a video on YouTube on how to hook it up.

Thanks Ronnie. I wouldn't trust myself but for the price I suppose it's worth the inconvenience of having to find someone to do this.
