Can be dodgy getting a washer/dryer but Sammy's doing 5 year warranties just now. It's not even any bigger than a normal machine. Another fiver to take your old one away. This is £200 cheaper than elseware. I'm sorely tempted.
The only negative is the washing/drying times but just put it on at night.
I have just got this at £321 Inc delivery need to sign up to which to get 20 off 5 year guarantee as well appliancesdirect.co.uk/p/a…yer
When I bought a 10Kg machine I found I needed a second washing line! Also the washing baskets which are clearly designed by men are not large enough to cope with a 10Kg load !

The 'Eco' programs which use less water & electric take longer but with a timer you just tell the machine what time you want the washing ready & put it on at night!

And ... ?
This probably sticks out a long way in order to accommodate a large enough drum - feel free to look up its dimensions if you can be bothered.

just a option to look at with a 5 year nothing to worry about for less than was quoted

Better than discovering the downside when it arrives, don't you think?

Anyone in that situation shouldn't be trusted with the internet, but it was the tone of your posting that I found amusing!

OK then it doesn't just check the wording says 5 years just trying to provide a option to save money as well but still get the same guarantee
Samsung Appliances are rubbish. They might offer a five year guarantee, but their customer service is rubbish. My advice, do not buy.

Oops too late. oO
Does this need a vent hose for the dryer? Found a picture of the back and can't see anything obvious. Manual from the samsung website doesn't mention it either.

As far as I know, washer-dryers don't, because they use cold water to condense the vapour out of the hot air, which is then pumped down the drain.

I've got the 12kg blue crystal door and a 13.5 tog king size doesn't fit. doubles and singles fit though. Personally I'd buy the model that let's you add clothes to the wash with the little window. The amount of times I've wanted to add a sock that got left out or have been handed something by the kids a few minutes after turning the machine on.

Isn't this just a gimmick though? My 5+ year old washing machine uses so little water for most programmes that the level is below the bottom of the door; to add something, you just press pause and the door unlocks immediately.
I don't know if any washing machine that let's you open the door when there's water in the drum

Mine's a JLWM1604 - rebadged Electrolux. It certainly does - I do it all the time.
damn I missed this, still a good price at £679
I've never actually owned a dryer myself before, I remember all my clothes being shrunk when I was a kid though. would something like this shrink my clothes? Cheers
