It only comes with standard warranty, can get 5 years for an extra £99.

It does say on their web site...
"Buying Guide, Operating Manual & Free 5 Year Warranty Details" but is isn't an ecobubble washing machine (covered by Samsungs 5 years free warranty)... hope you are right (if so goodfine) but def worth double checking it is 5 years if buying

Checked for WF0704W7W1 on link...
http://www.samsung.com/uk/homeappliancewarranty/
Only covers the WF0704W7W(no 1) model

The coop quite often run promotions and offer extra warranty. For those who become 'members' of their local coop stores (you can do it on the spot in store), most have the same offers as the internet shop and you get sent 5% and 10% off vouchers regularly to make them cheaper.
Although sometimes a bit more in store, by the time they take off the members discount it works out cheaper.

Looks a good deal dovbusho apart from whether it definitely is covered by the 5 year samsung warranty, the coop site also mentions taking out 5 years warranty for an extra £99.
The WF0704W7W washing machine is mentioned on Samsungs free 5 year warranty site but this model WF0704W7W1 is not

I did however find this which might mean you are onto a winner...

"WF0704W7W1 7kg Ecobubble™ Washing Machine
WF0704W7W"

It is an ecobubble and the WF0704W7W model number is given which is shown on the claiming 5 year web site(without the one at the end), if anyone could confirm they got the deal otherwise check/be wary about whether Samsung and their selected 5 year warranty on "certain models".

damn it, paid £348 at Peter Tyson just last week. not much more but still.
you have to register with Samsung for the 5yr warranty, it's a very simple process.

PS. the 15 degree wash is brilliant as well, not sure how much i'll save but loving it so far.

Co-op Electrical customer service staff are excellent when you have a problem..............HOT from me

I got this machine a week ago from appliances online, great service and was able to get the 5 year warranty.

I was think that my impatience caused me to miss this deal, but it seems that this model is from Ireland, where there is no warranty offer.

samsung.com/ie/…ity

Great machine, very good design

To get free 5 year warranty you have to fill in form online once you have the machine as serial number is needed which is inside door, and scanned copy of invoice.

Hi, could anybody who has this machine possibly tell me if the depth of this machine is the advertised 60cm or bigger as I have read that they are actually 66cm. Thanks

Is this available with the free 5 year warranty or not then?!

Ordered!

HOT.......

I have had this machine for the last 3 months, it does come with the 5 year warranty..........just make sure you get the serial number from the back of the machine as the serial number on the box and manual has a digit/letter missing.......and you need to input this onto the Samsung website to get the warranty......

I have received all the confirmation emails off Samsung to say the 5 year warranty is valid.

The machine is excellent, it is so simple to program, it has a quick 15 minute wash if needed, it is very quite and excellent value for money............

Thanks. Ordered. HOT

just ordered many thanks

Had this since January for £345 from Appliance Online - so this is a good deal.
This has a "direct-drive" like the LG models, so is very quiet.
Preferred this one to the other Samsung model (WF0702) as this has a white door, rather than a silver door - the silver coating on the other Samsung w/m looks cheap and looks like the sort that will start "flaking off" in time.

Yes, forgot to mention the bit about the Direct Drive Motor, the motor is not belt driven so you will have no belt issues, also the motor is covered by a 10 year guarantee............

Cheers, just ordered as, coincidentally, my 14 year old Bosch just packed up two hours ago. So many bits wrong with it that decided it was time for a change.
Saw this and looks good.
For those worried about the warranty I rang Samsung direct and they confirmed that this model IS covered by the 5 yr warranty offer - you can do it online or by phone withing the offer period.
The 1 on the end of the model number is apparently irrelevant and probably the model listing put on by CoopElectrical.

Just a word of warning.
I have ordered this and it is getting delivered tomorrow but have just checked a few reviews on Amazon, and am now a bit worried as several of them mention that the depth of the unit is not 60cm as detailed - the 'white' bit of the washer is, but apparerntly the drum housing at the back takes the depth to around 68 cm, which might mean that it is too deep for the under bench cavity that it is going to inhabit.
Just something to take into account.

Excellent point, I agree totally with this, the machine is about 2-3 inches deeper than our old machine, if you haven't got the depth under your worktop, then it will stick out by a few inches...........

Anybody know a kitchen fitter or carpenter in Ramsgate area as mine is to wide by 3 mms

Mine has just been fitted.

The model number on the front of my machine does not show the number one we are all concerned about. So should be fine .
