It all depends on how risk adverse you are. If you’re a worrier then go for Miele from a reputable seller. Else buy this and risk having to buy a new one in 2y time.

Bought a Samsung washer 6 years ago. The blighter broke down 2 weeks after the free 5 year guarantee. Phoned Samsung, machine repaired free of charge. Mind you, the Korean company customer service staff spoke with a very distinctive Indian accent.

Absolutely. I've said this for the past year. Their customer service has severely gone down hill.
Floor staff are rude. Tech support staff are rude. No thank you.
Infact so much so that when given the choice I'll rather buy the same product from Amazon despite losing the additional years warranty.
Also this model... which it appears the only difference is the door style: appliancecity.co.uk/lau…te/

It's £349, but says £50 off in basket.

I bought a gas hob from John Lewis a few years ago. Paid the extra for them to install it and they left us with a dangerous gas leak 3 times. The customer service was a fiasco.
Thank you for posting @NAZGULL we have added this to the Highlights section
