Equipped with a generous 8kg load and plenty of convenient features, the WW80J5456FX/EU washing machine from Samsung is sure to take the chore out of regular laundry while bringing a modern touch to your home.

Energy efficiency
Awarded an outstanding A+++ for energy efficiency, you can rely on the WW80J5456FX/EU to help you keep energy costs low and reduce your impact on the environment.

Ecobubble
This machine has Ecobubble technology which is designed to make the most of your detergent for a gentle clean that saves energy too. Inside is a unique bubble generator that dissolves detergent thoroughly and injects it with air to produce a rich, soapy foam cushion. Even at cooler temperatures, this foam penetrates fabrics faster, cleaning as effectively as a warm standard cycle.

Diamond drum
Thanks to the uniquely designed diamond drum, you can easily care for your clothes while washing them thoroughly. The diamond shaped holes collect more water than a regular drum so your clothes are in contact with water for longer, while the smaller holes protect your fabrics from damage.

Bubble soak
This clever function lets you bathe your laundry in powerful, cleansing bubbles to loosen tough stains.

Delay end timer
Delay your wash for up 24 hours according to your routine. Simply add the detergent, select the programme you require along with the time you'd like the cycle to end, and let the machine do the rest of the work for you.

Smart check
Smart Check is an automatic error-monitoring system that allows you to easily troubleshoot any potential problems with your machine through your smartphone.

Additional features:

  • 15-minute quick wash
  • Stay clean drawer
  • Eco drum clean
  • Full LED display
  • Digital inverter motor

Would you really trust people that write such sentences as:

"The sound was OMG disturbing so noise loud and it moves around example"

I have higher respect for HUKDers than JL sheep.

the retailer is Co-Op, eBay is just the medium/platform for selling. Samsung treat it the same as buying directly from Co-Op.

I have the "Add Wash" version of this machine. Looks good, but not overly impressed as noisier (at times) than expected, leaves clothes far more creased than my previous Zanussi, and 1400 rpm spin doesn't remove as much moisture as old machine. 30 min quick-wash option for small loads is useful.

Disappointingly, no function to 'hold' the washing in the final rinse - to spin at a later time and limit creasing (despite being assured it did by Currys salesman!)
Worth looking at this deal too for a similar machine at a great price.

I have the 11kg version. Happy with it. It did need a new pcb just out of the warranty but samsung covered all costs for that. Clothes wash Well, ours is on a concrete floor so we don't really have a noise issue. We had an LG previous on wood floor that would shake most of the ground floor even with the 'floor kit' (4 rubber feet!) It takes a hammering use wise, 8 people in our house so it's used daily sometimes 5 times in a day. It really doesn't like an uneven load and occasionally it will make an almost grinding noise when it tries to spin an uneven load. If this happens, worth knowing about 're calibration mode which is a series of buttons you press, it resets the drum and carries on as it did before the issue. That and the recent pcb change are the only issues I've had. Owned mine 5 years now. Not sure if the eco bubble bits makes a massive difference mind, probably more a gimmick. But I'd reccommend to a friend.
Is it better than Beko for £183?

You can do this, by selecting 0 rinse cycles and no spin from the respective buttons.

I bought one from Curry’s on eBay for £272 a few months back when eBay were offering 20% discount payment contribution and had no problem registering for the 5 year guarantee. Excellent machine, very quiet and cleans clothes very well.

Our LG Direct Drive has finally packed up after 11 years so we have replaced it with another one. The Co op have one for £319 less 20% with the Ebay code

Hi, and thanks for the suggestion.

I've tried a 'no spin' option but it still lets the last rinse water drain away. Soggy clothes sit in the drum and get badly creased.
Previous machine would go through rinse cycles as normal and then (if selected) hold the last rinse water in the drum, in effect pausing the final spin, until I was ready to spin clothes. It was a very useful option if going out whilst machine running.

Did you change both the rinse and spin cycles to zero?
