It really pi*ses me off that retailers seem to be doing this more and more these days: advertising out of stock items at ridiculously low prices to make them look good.

I would be willing to bet that nobody has ever actually got one of these from Kikatek at this price and that if & when they did actually have them, they sold them for a great deal more.

Doesn't make me look on Kikatek as a good retailer to bookmark, quite the opposite....

It's one of the things OFT and Trading Standards are looking at as more and more retailers are doing it to lure customers in and to get higher rankings in search engines. A two minute online complaint at consumer direct will put some heat on such companies.

Sounds like Its just to tempt you in and then hopefully you will buy something else!

I know it's expired but can you not change/remove the original link so people don't go to the site if they miss the 'expired' sign? (as I did)
