Product Description

Samyang's 135mm F2.0 ED UMC is a manual focus telephoto lens for full frame and smaller sensor sizes. It expresses vibrant colour and soft bokeh which makes this the ideal lens for shooting portrait, scenery, wildlife and photo-journalism. The fast F2.0 aperture allows versatile control when shooting under tricky lighting conditions. The lens features 11 elements in 7 groups, including extra low dispersion (ED) to offer high resolution across the image. Samyang's Ultra Multi Coating (UMC) is used to optimise light transmission whilst minimising flare and ghosting. Close focus is 0.8m and the floating element design captures as much light as possible, minimising spherical aberration and distortion. The body is compact and solid, made of high-strength aluminium alloy and the detachable lens hood protects from flare and ghosting.

Why would anyone want a manual focus only lens? Just switch your regular lens into manual mode if you want the flexibility, or leave in auto-focus mode if you want photos in focus.
I have one samyang lens- manual 14mm f2.8, and it's great, but I'm not sure if I'd choose a telephoto lens with manual focusing. Nevertheless great price.

because they are cheaper

Good luck finding a 135mm F2.0 with auto-focus at this price point.
Great lens for astrophotography. I paid more than this for my used one.
It looks like this is a very sharp lens, much sharper than more expensive ones but unfortunately it looks like it is sold by Amazon Warehouse and the condition is used

How used as it says new? Used ones are cheaper for 244 Euros
Rokinon 135 F2 is a better choice for astrophotography. Heat for the price.

It's the same lens, along with the Walimex 135mm F/2.0.

It's a fantastic lens for Astrophotography, but a tracking mount of some sort is needed to get the best out of it.
