You're going on like ebay isnt a place for selling goods?! You're going on like ebay isnt a place for selling goods?! What do you think it's used for?

eBay are renowned for being the worst place to buy memory cards from. Very likely to be fake and incorrectly formatted so that it looks like a 128GB card when it's actually an 8GB one that will ruin all files over 8GB. Good luck with that eBay memory card of yours when you want to play a saved game on your Switch or look at those precious holiday photos!

Avoid ebay memory storage sellers.
Memory is easily spoofed to read as a larger size than it acutally is. You'll probably be getting a very small size card instead.
The heat for this deal just proves that a lot of members vote without ever reading the deal comments, Nothing else could explain the 400+ heat for this deal when the very first posted comment states that this memory card is on sale cheaper from Amazon. The HUKD voting system is a bit of a flawed joke to a lot of members.

Save yourself a hassle.
Memory cards are something better bought from reputed sellers even if a few woods dearer.
I have learnt the hard way with a fake memory card from ebay, I bought what i believed was a 32Gb micro SD card to go in my gopro, which i look on a ski holiday, took loads of video’s etc etc, only to get home to find out it was a fake, and anything over 8gb it corrupted my video’s... ever since that day i neger bought cheap again... you buy cheap you pay twice is the age old saying!

Fake memory cards are usually less than the size they state they are. They basically just keep writing over the old data when the card gets full. I have a Nikon DSLR and i only ever buy SD Cards from Amazon themselves and High Street Shops. ^-^ A good thing to do too is to use a few smaller cards than one big card, as that stops you loosing everything if one card fails.

NEVER buy memory cards from eBay!
This is way better value at double the storage (256GB) for only £9 more.

hotukdeals.com/dea…255

Actually only £4 more now that the price has gone up to £23.99

Why not? It comes with a 5 year warranty and an average 5 star reviews. I've got one and it's been perfect. It's faster than this one too

It's nothing personal. I've just always trusted SanDisk is all. i've never heard of that make before. I'm a semi-pro photographer and i always have 2 cards in my camera, one as backup, both SanDisk Pros and never had one fail.

Well laughing at my suggestion without any good reason other to belittle it, felt quite personal

Going on what Jamie has said there's a good video here explaining how the fake ones work if anyone ever wondered:

I don't really trust SanDisk, I've had a fair few fail on me. I've had 1 Integral fail and the rest still working, so I trust Integral a bit more lol.
