Worth the extra for the colour scheme alone

+ Speed + it's U3 card certainly better than Sandisk ULTRA, Knowing it would go cold I posted as some do like it.

Heat from me, been waiting for it to drop again. Got my lad one for Christmas. I now need one for my switch. Cheers.
Anyone run an h2testw on these cards?

Thank you. That's it, coldness doesn't matter now. Cheerz.
Not sure why this is cold. Not the best price for the capacity but still a good deal for the Nintendo range of cards

It's cold because you are paying more for the colour.
I got an integral 128 u3 card for £11.99 a few weeks back which works in the switch perfectly fine.
When they are inside the switch they are hidden away so the colour doesn't matter unfortunately.

But since they got so small you couldn't write on them like the good old 5 1/4" disks, it's good to have a way of distinguishing the switch cards from the camera ones at a glance.

But there is no difference in cards, they are just a different colour. Once in the switch you don't take it out as it can't be used in another device without formatting it.
Personally I would never buy a SanDisk card after I have had 3 fail in 4 years.
They are known to be problematic with CCTV and dashcams so I now use integral or Samsung.

Something you can fully admire for about 10 seconds before you put it inside your Switch and never see it again!

When looking for deals I always keep relative pricing in mind. Relative to the current market value of a particular product, this is still a decent deal.
If I was to vote this deal cold, then I'd feel I should be voting pretty much every apple product as cold because the hardware is overpriced and you're paying for the software/name.
I don't disagree with you, but it's just interesting to see people's take on it.

I understand that and agree with the apple thing, but this is comparing a sdxc card with a sdxc card, same speed, same size, just one is red and you pay more for it.

If my kid saw this card he would love it as it has a mushroom on it but when it's inside the switch he couldn't care less, as long as his games load :-)

Makes sense. I'm a bit ignorant when it comes to the differences so thanks for educating me . I guess with the apple argument, you are actually getting something more for your money with apple, you're getting the software as well. In the context of this product, you aren't gaining any additional value.

Until I swap it for the other one because I want to pay different games.
