Voted hot as well.

Not getting one as every failed card I have was a SanDisk.

Can't fault the deal and specs though!.

Is this really better than the cheaper Samsung? Looking at the speed test from reviews on Amazon they are comparable.

The hardware has to be able to take advantage of it. Do you have a specific use case for it? You could then check the specs of that device.
If its for basic everyday smartphone use, then maybe it won't be worth the difference, unless you're future-proofing.

This SanDisk EXTREME is more 'purpose built' for dash cam, ip cams, drone's, and such like, lol.

Whereas the Samsung one to which you're referencing is not ...

Though yes, it's been arguably claimed on here by many that the Samsung is top notch for such things regardless (which I can't either confirm, refute, or dispute against either way? - as I've never used any of my many memory card's in the past for any of the above stated usage scenario's, lol).

But either way, it's neither here nor there, as if you've used Samsung's for such things and never had any issues with it, then so be it. :-)

(But as ever, at the end of the day, it's alllll down to your own personal risk, etc, I guess ... )
