Amazon sellls good/genuine batch of products.
Two things i've gathered from some of the comments here ;
1. when it gets mixed up with third party sellers' stock.
2. When buyers make returns by swapping with fake ones.
But Amazon's CS is great at these sort of issues.

Conversely I’ve bought loads of cards (mostly Sandisk) from Amazon and never ever seen a fake. Always check that I’m purchasing directly from Amazon and not some 3rd party.

I've been noticing the same since few days.
I'm looking to buy my first ever Micro SD card to use in my Nokia 7+ phone
Will this be suitable for saving video clips from the phone ?
The internal memory of the phone seems to limit my films to 30-40 minutes only, so I now want a memory card. When I get home I transfer the files to the computer. If I am not near home 30-40 minutes is a bit too short
Sadly I don't really know enough about memory cards, to know what is good and what isn't, for my specific requirement.Any advice would be great
If this card isn't what I need, any pointers in the right direction would be appreciated.

I think you have internal storage of 64GB only, So, that would be limited to the the system files/apps and bit of extra. This will be a massive space and compatible with it. There are no extra requirement
Thank you for the quick reply
Just being doing some internet research and I see the phone will take up to a 256GB MicroSD card ... I suppose 200GB is good, but may opt for a 256GB one instead

Sure, currently 256GB got bit expensive than the last month which is around £24.99 of other brands.

Yes, I got the notifications of these kind. That's a good specs. and good performance but the price seems rocketed. I posted that for £21.99 to be cheapest not that long ago. So, I would wait for another big drop.

I have fixed it by removing all alerts force quitting app and re-adding keywords.
It's working again now ???

Not being awkward, but I too have purchased many cards from them over the years, and never had a bad one, from the position you’re coming from.

I did have a 64GB Sandisk fail on me after a couple of years, but that’s hardly their fault.

This is from the seller MyMemory....based in the Channel Islands & 100% reliable & genuine
A huge amount of storage but one heck of a lot of data to lose if the card fails.

thanks. I bought two cards for my parents
How “real” are these?
I was always under the impression computer storage is made in the binary (or whatever) format....
i.e 8/16/32/64/128/256/512/1024/2048 etc.
This “200” just doesn’t fit, right?

My understanding is, It's actually 192 (128+64) but as it's an odd number they put it as 200.

My problem with SanDisk products is that they eventually go into a hard lock state. Can’t delete or add data anymore. I can’t RMA as there are personal photos in them. I think I’ve got at least 5 of them now.

32GB+64GB+128GB+256GB all of them frozen and you can’t do anything just read off of it.

At least all those memes I’ve downloaded won’t be erased! 😔
Ain't this the slow speed sd card?
You can't use it for 2.7k or 4k recording.

I guess that’s the difference between us. I use mine quite often. I’m happy to hear you have a good experience.

I unfortunately don’t. Won’t go near SanDisk. I also use Samsung cards and those have never failed me. My 4 year old 128GB Samsung EVO is even used regularly for downloading torrents of Linux Distros while on the move.
So is this legit and worth buying??
