hm. who's voting this cold?? makes no sense to me...

Well, to me, that seems a very good price as it includes delivery. Don't worry about it, some people are just habitual cold voters.... but yes, it would be nice to know why they voted cold.

Perhaps they have had bad experiences with this make/company? Who knows...

God price, thank you. The hot/cold voting issue spoils the site and wish it could be replaced with something more meaningful.

Nice find

The item is actually out of stock, and they may not restock for upto 10 days.

this is good price as i recently bought a 1gb version from ebay for £14..:x

How could you have missed this thread?

For anyone that has ordered one of these cards (XLShop, w2w etc.) I was told last week that stocks are expected to arrive at the end of this week.

I'd risk Ebay, but the last 2GB MicroSD I bought from there turned out to be a dud.

can you use this on a mobile phone?? sorry am useless when it comes to these thing!

I phoned them, as I was going to place an order. They were currently on -30 stock at about 9.30 this morning.

I dont like site's that dont show stock levels for this reason! the amount of times ive ordered stuff that wasent even in stock.

The last time I posted a deal from MX2, the post was removed as there was a problem with them.

Is it safe to assume that the problem has now been resolved?

Good price - nice find!

I can recommend Memorybits memorybits.co.uk for Micro SD cards, have a large selection and you can see whether an item is in stock.
Although not quite as cheap as other sites you do get 7% Quidco & £10 off £30 spend through Google Checkout. Their prices fluctuate quite a bit so you'll have to keep an eye on them. Delivery is 1st class recorded and costs £2.95p so it might only be worthwhile ordering through them if you are going to buy enough to qualify for the Google checkout deal to offset the p&p cost.

I went for a couple of the Kingston 2Gb cards as they have faster read/write speeds than the standard Sandisk for about the same price.

A lot of the cards on eBay are fake knock-offs. Hardly a wonder that a lot of them would be duds. Not really fair to compare prices on there either.

]Play.com have them in stock at £14.99 free delivery.

Bought mine just before this thread appeared.

They have good prices and sell out pretty quickly, if you're in a hurry to get the product, then maybe it's not worth ordering from them. I ordered one of these not so long ago when they were at £16.99 and that was the cheapest even then, but a quick phone call just to enquire about the order and a friendly response about waiting for stock was given.

I wasn't in any rush and was willing to wait as it was even cheaper than Play.com (£1 less at the time) and the 2GB MicroSD card is still cheaper than Play, even after another price reduction.

Does anyone know if you can use this with adapter to save Wii data to (game saves etc.) instead of a native SD card?

Technically there is no reason why not, since it comes with an adapter that make it a full size SD card

Can this card be used in a Canon IXUS 50?

Whats the difference between a standard Sandisk 2gb SD memory card and this one?
