The card I tested was from Amazon if you look at the image. And it wasn't fake.

Right click on the image & select "open in another tab". You will see top right a screen dump of the well known hukd world "Fake card test German App "H2testw".

A card from Mymemory is IMO very unlikely to be fake. However, I test ALL cards upon receipt.

I have bought several cards from Mymemory. All were perfect.

You might make a new folder on your Laptop called "CardTester"
You need to download H2Testw from the web.
Virus scan the down loaded H2testw file before and after unzipping if it is zipped.
I just downloaded H2testw from here into my "Downloads"
I virus scanned the h2testw_1.4.zip file with my free MalwareBytes and with Windows Defender.
I unzipped h2testw_1.4.zip into folder "CardTester" and virus scanned folder CardTester.

OK you are ready to test your card.
You poke your card into somewhere; I use a removable Kingston Mobile Lite G3 Reader plugged into a USB3 socket as it is faster than my Integrated Card Reader.

OK with the card inserted into your laptop, navigate to folder "CardTester" and double click on h2testw.exe
Choose Language English.
Select the drive (location) of inserted card: In my image top left you can see the card was inserted into drive F.
Run the test and the results should be similar to my image top right. You can ignore the 1 byte discrepancy message beginning "Warning only..."

Look out for error messages. (I cant remember what they look like)

Fakers will manipulate the Card Control Sectors of a say 4GB card to say that it's a 64GB card or whatever.
So H2Testw would in that case start by saying "Warning: Only 60873 of 60874 MByte tested." (It would get this from the faked sector info)
But H2testw will spit out error messages when it gets to writing its test patterns above the 4GB physical size of this imaginary fake card.

Be aware that it can take a long time to write test patterns over 64GB depending on your particular environment.
Your write/read speeds may be slower or faster than mine. You might want to leave it running overnight.

You will end up with 60 approximately 1GB test pattern files on your card which you should eventually select and delete before putting your now verified capacity card into service in whatever gadget.
Good luck with that.
If you can post your H2Testw result, that would be interesting.
Note the "Copy to clipboard" button when the test completes.

Mine was a very good fast card. See Speed Test Left hand part of image.

fake?

Look at the results: that's why I posted the results image.

5% TCB too

Lol at 'fake test'
It's just a program to check the true capacity
Doesnt actually say if fake and wtf is that pile of instructions for?

it looks like it is cheaper at slrhut.co.uk but I am not entirely sure, these cards are so confusing.

629735802-1511693708.jpg also will not let me add the link as the domain is banned - I am double confused now.

This thread and that benchmark picture makes no sense.

The original poster says the benchmark is of a fake card but no way will any fake card produce 70MB/s writes.

Voted hot for both buying AND posting good info on the deal.

Too many memory products on this site with no useful specs even though it takes only 5 mins to do a test.

Thanks for that - As you no doubt guessed - I was feeling misunderstood!

thanks for that.
i just re-read your post and figured the subtlety of your wording.
You said "Capacity, Performance & Fake test results of a previous purchase of this card from Amazon"
I read "the test results are fake"
I now think you meant "the test results of a program used to detect fake cards proving this card is not a fake."
Anyhow I used the program and mine is indeed kosher. although i suspect my speeds are hampered by my crappy computer, I got 35MB/s read and 35MB/s write.

yes, op completely garbled his message and made it much more than (and much less than) it was

35MB/s sounds like you are using a usb2 device so thats all you'll get if so

I'm totally confused by this thread. I have been up and down the comments but still no wiser. Has the title/description changed since the comments were added? Have the Fake test results been deleted.

Was the fake card bought directly from Amazon or marketplace?

no change, just the op seems confused and makes a hash of the posts
basically ignore all the fake stuff
