My Bad

i have one of these and recently bought a dane elec zdrive 16gb for 17.99 from picstop.

this is the slowest drive ive ever had and the dane is MUCH MUCH MUCH faster and much smaller looks cool aswell go for the dane elec

To get money back on buying this from amazon register here and use just like Quido
pennymix.com/ind…064

These readyboost drives arent slow.

Had a few of these drives and they are o.k. you can install u3 apps to the drive and there is no top to loose. To me speed is no issue on these drives, i use several for holding programes and backing up work files.

According to Amazon:

"Indigostarfish.com is a fully-licensed and independent Jersey-based company; as an Independent Merchant trading on the Amazon platform it is required to comply with strict operating parameters and is entirely committed to offering its customers the best selection at the lowest prices. "

So Captain Hook was right.

Ho hum, Indigostarfish is well known as being another name for Amazon Jersey. And Prime delivery is only offered by Amazon

My Dane-Elec deal is … My Dane-Elec deal is better:http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/325670/dane-elec-zlight-8gb-usb-stick-drivFaster and cheaper.

But no U3 support/Readyboost

Im not so keen on the cap style of the Dane one. I like these Sandisk jobs, tidy, cool if not worried about speed too much

But no U3 support/Readyboost

I prefer to use ]Portable apps over U3 which imo is a mess.

And the other usb drive linked will be able to readyboost too, the drive just needs to be fast enough.

But no U3 support/Readyboost

There are plenty of non-U3 portable apps available, and as for readyboost "........"

i like the software on it and also prefer that you can flick the usb in and out! haha

I bought one of these last month from Amazon, delivered by IndigoStarfish, no problems. It is a bit slow, and the casing is very 'Plasticky', feels very flimsy. However it seems to work ok.

Initially it loads up two Drives as theres some software on there, you then have the option to use it as a data drive only so i backed up the second drives contents to the first , and now it just opens as one drive.

Can someone who owns this please test the speeds out using H2testw (English info ]here) & report back. Thanks.

I bought this from amazon for 9.99 two weeks ago. can I claim back the price difference?

No.

I bought this a few weeks ago and it seems very fast. Would recommend at this price (assuming its free delivery).

I bought one from Tesco last week for about 11 quid - great little drive.

It's actually £9.06 delivered from Amazon.
