I like this design as it has no cap to lose! And readyboost is a big plus

and 16gb one available for 17.99 also at amazon

Only £6.75 is you use price match promise at PC World!

I did this when Play.com had it at £9.99. Got it for £6.99.

Can't beat it for the price!

Edit: Might not work if sold my Amazon preferred merchant and not Amazon direct. But worth a shot if you have a store locally.

Price Promise no longer applies to Amazon (nor Ebuyer, Dabs etc) only decent site left is Play

Even Play.com has been removed now........ ha

What a laughable list

"Argos, Comet, Jessops, Tesco, John Lewis, Asda, B&Q, Game Gamestation, Halfords, HMV, Maplin, Staples, Toys R Us, Zavvi, Woolworths."

does anyone know the speed difference between this deal and this one here? :
play.com/PC/…tml
any other issues to consider for comparison?

So they only price match some of the most expensive places available? Nice..

I grabbed Project Gotham 4 for £6.99 after Play price match about an hour ago so maybe the staff haven't been informed yet?

Back up to £9.99 again.

can you put films on these?

to transfere tp another pc ?

lol as if they aren't gonna check their OWN website themselves

@loulou1981 - yes, they are just 'removable' storage drives, they show up in My Computer, just simply copy/paste or drag and drop and put them in any other USB slot and you'll be able to view the files.

never have for me, even got them to price match a few things at website prices in store without reserving it at a few pounds cheaper as they have been too lazy to check the exact price lol

 OMG....that is soooo ****!!!

Their price match promise was the only reason I ever went. Losers.

I just tried price match at pc world and after some lengthy phone calls when things looked good, they said no because it was an amzon preffered merchant. The assistant said they paid no tax from guernsey so they wouldnt price match it. They did sat that they would have done so if it had been amazon itself.
Still a good price though - it was nearly £40 at pc world!

No, but the drive you linked is considered a 'lesser' drive by Sandisk and has a lower list price.

I reckon it's whether you want the slider instead of a cap and the U3 software this has.

thanks jelly
