I know there's been a lot of deals for these cards lately but as far as I can tell this is the best price for an Extreme III 2GB, the Extreme IVs are considerably more expensive and not always worth it.

Extra discount with quidco!

Yatty -
the dvd.co.uk offer - they won't have it in stock for 4-6 weeks, and it's £8.49 more because shipping isn't FREE

picstop.co.uk offer - won't be in stock for 13 days, also doesn't have free shipping so £6 more than this card and it comes from Jersey (eventually).

Check the facts before you vote cold, this is a great deal for 2GB E3 card.

I got a SanDisk Extreme III 4GB for £15 (delivered) by getting PC World to price match Play.com + a further 10% off (which is part of their price promise)

Well the current play.com price for the 4GB is £22.99 so if you wanted to go to that effort with PC World, their price would be £20.69, vs play.com at £12.95 (with quidco), again doesn't really compare.

Honestly, when you submit a deal these days, there's so many hecklers you have to really defend your deal

2Gb card has been £13.49 for a while now...
been watching the Play site for the 4gig to come down again and go tempted by this last week but will hold out for the 4gig... or when picstop get them in at £17.99 I'll buy 3 and get free delivery then flog 2 on ebay

hmmm... appears the free delivery for over £50 isn't working anymore

Ever considered that's it's cos your deal ....erhm sucks? (tip - the temperture is 1 degree!)

By the way, that wasn't how the PC World deal worked (I got a 4Gb delived to my door for £15.79), here's my original thread explaining it...

For all it's now expired, I actually posted, not to heckle but to inform others that your deal - in the main - isn't that much of a deal when you consider that even 2 weeks ago a 4GB was do-able for just a couple of quid extra.

Gets a hot vote for me, think it's a bargain price considering what they have been in the past.

could this be described as an SD card? Thanks

The other place to look is 7DayShop (I know people complain about service but often are priced very competitively) Can't believe the prices these days and for 4 or 8 gb. I have the 2gb SanDisk extreme III in my 400d and have had no problems in the last year, I'd opt for a 4gb if i was buying now.

By SD (SecureDigital) i assume you refer to ]these which aren't CompactFlash (CF)
