Decent price on this portable SSD from SanDisk

Cheaper to buy an enclosure + mSata but this is a decent alternative for those who want something a little more rugged

I made my own with name ssd and caddy

I made my own with name ssd and caddy

can you recommend a caddy? I put in "msata SSD caddy" into Amazon + eBay but would prefer a HotUKDeals recommendation
I think that the OP doesn't understand what mSATA is. It's also unclear what Sam thinks he'll achieve with his name on a caddy.

It's as though I've stumbled into a place where everyone's name is Ralph Wiggum.

What's the write speed
just checked and this model was £128.99 on Prime Day (but still a decent price today)

A strange post to make. I know what a mSATA drive is - what's wrong with asking for a recommendation of a caddy?
A full sized 2.5" SSD would be much larger than this SanDisk, hence why I asked about that form factor (prob equivalent in size)

What's the write speed

doesn't seem to be listed anywhere. In the Amazon reviews section someone has done their own speed test and posted photos: "Write speed was about 411MB/s and Read speeds around 506MB/s."
Bought this about 6 months ago for £156. I should have waited. Gutted!

I guess it's not worth £18 for 6 months then.
Tempted to buy one. However looking at the price graph:

It's declining in price nearly every month. I am in no hurry to buy, so will wait. Great deal though.

I did find it on eBay for £127: ebay.co.uk/itm…d6Y

But not sure I want to buy it from there. Is warranty still valid? Is the seller just going to cancel the order.

Shall wait another 2 months and see where this gets down to.
what this price in Christmas date? bellow 100 pound?
Do you think that this would work on a insta 360 pro?
