Maybe people in television production? Happy to be schooled though.
Is the best way to use this through USB C slot then? How would read/write speeds compare to a decent ssd via sata ?
Thinking of potentially using this as a drive to capture 4k video on PC, then transfer to a mac to edit on the fly. Seems better than an expensive network setup.
How's the SanDisk Extreme Pro, compare with that of speed capacities of that of the Crucial X8?
