I've been looking for a decent SD card for my DSLR for a while now, then spotted this on offer. According to camelcamelcamel, it is the cheapest it has been on Amazon.

Yes, yes, I know you can get other brands and higher capacity cards for less. But SanDisk has been good to me so far.

I ended up buying two 64gb cards instead of one 128gb because of safety (photographers will know of this debate).

That’s a really good price, but be warned - there are lots of fakes on amazon for these cards
That's the best card I've ever used but beware of fakes.

These are sold by amazon.
Used Extreme Pro for years, never failed, wouldn't use anything else. My first one was 8GB 95MB/s and cost much more! You can check the serial numbers on the cards to verify they are genuine.

Yes I know, that’s what I said. Lots of fakes seem to get through on amazon.

These are sold and dispatched by Amazon and not a seller on Amazon. Any difference? Amazon have bought and sold bootleg gear too I'm sure.

Hopefully they would be ok, but I have heard of lots of fakes making their way through. I’ve had about 20 of these from amazon and all have been fine but some photographer friends have had duds. I’m sure they’ll be fine but definitely anyone purchasing them just needs to double check for any signs of them being dodgy - packaging looking correct, serial numbers etc
And run a speed test and check you can fill up to the described capacity.
I ordered the 128GB version despite the photography debate. Even though my last landscape trip I only took 17 images

I'm looking to do 4k timelapses etc. from now on. This card holds about 5,000 14bit DNG RAW images, it would take me 10 years to edit that amount
