I think I prefer this one …I think I prefer this one sadly:https://www.amazon.co.uk/Ultra-HD-Premium-Memory-Microsdxc-Integral/dp/B07FC7W32H

Why? This has faster read speeds.

4K video has a bitrate of 700megabits/s which is about 85MB/s. The Integral is a decent U3 card which can run 100MB/s and is therefore more than sufficient for 4K at a lower price point.

Ok and that's one example but 4k video is not the only thing people use SD cards for. This will give you quicker buffer times for high speed shooting with photography and faster transfers to help speed up your workflow. If it is your job and you are transferring often those few extra pounds now will save you a lot of time during the lifespan of that card.

But if only for 4k (which nobody specified this is only for) then the one you linked is sufficient.

This is a very good point. Maybe I was a bit lazy reporting the deal as I just realised that I didn't include the write speeds of 90MB/s which is also good for transfering large files (or recording 4k).

Its the WRITE speed that's the most important when recording just about anything - I really don't care what the read performance is even though that's always the figure that the manufacturers lead with - as its always the higher of the 2

This is a good price for a SanDisk Extreme, it's widely regarded as one of the best and fastest you can buy (apart from the black Extreme Pro).

p.s. when I posted that link the card was £11.97, its now £13.45
Why not step up two levels in the sandisk range and go for the Pro version @ 18.99 max write up from 40mbs to 90 amazon.co.uk/dp/…Q69
