whats the diffrence between a micro sd and a micro sdhc??

can i use this in my r4 card??

never mind found this elsewhere, just wasnt looking hard enough the first time.

Although still dont know if the r4 card is compatible with this, i seem to remember i will only accept upto a 4gb card. but not too sure, can anyone confirm this before i go buy one??

Incase anyone else was wondering what the diffrence was?

Q: What are the differences between a standard SD/miniSD/microSD card and the new SDHC/miniSDHC/microSDHC card?
A:
While identical in shape, the new SDHC, miniSDHC, and microSDHC cards are technically different than standard SD, miniSD, and microSD cards in how they are recognized by a host device. This difference allows manufacturers like SanDisk to produce higher capacity cards, from 4-gigabytes all the way up to 32-gigabytes. The SDHC, miniSDHC, and microSDHC cards will have new logos and are only compatible with host devices that are also SDHC, miniSDHC, and microSDHC compliant.
Q: How do I know if I own a compatible device?
A:
Most compatible devices such as digital cameras, digital video camcorders, and mobile phones will feature the approved SDHC/miniSDHC/microSDHC logo either on their package, manual, or both. SanDisk will also feature a compatibility guide on www.sandisk.com/SDHC

A:

Most on Amazon marketplace and ebay are fakes.

No, you can't use sdhc card on r4 yet... As they are working on an r4 firmware update to get it to work. Beside I wouldn't recommend sdhc 4gb class 2 cards for r4, due to speed. Go with sdhc 6gb class 4(roughly around 140+ NDS and GBA games). :whistling:

But is it genuine tho:thumbsup: thats the problem with Amazon marketplace and eBays. So double check those memory cards.

Its lot easy to check if Pro Duo Stick memory card is genuine or fake, by putting it in the PSP, highlight "memory stick" then press "triangle" button then "Information menu" and look at MagicGate: Supported (genuine), Unsupported or Unknown (fake)
