Actually a good price on these for a change. Still not as good as last year's prices but very good compared to this year's.

i think the EVO is a faster drive, but its over 20% more expensive...
if cost isnt an issue i'd go for the EVO 850 as that it the cheapest that has been for a while too

I too was looking to purchase the EVO as well, and waiting for a price drop, but then came across this just now and seemed like a very good deal for a very decent SSD. So I went ahead and bought this and pocketed the extra saving.

its finished now, i'll mark as expired. it was a lightning deal that lasted 6 hours, i think prime members had early access at the time i posted..
