Is there anything particular you have to do to copy the original content over? I've got a 1tb PS4 and would like to expand the hard drive capacity. Is it a simple case of taking the original drive out and connecting to a PC and copy the existing content over to the new drive and insert the new drive into PS4?
Also does the premium shipping method apply to UK if purchasing on the German site?

Yes but the startard ps4 doesn't utilize sata 3. So the speed differences wont be as mind blowing as pc. However the ps4 pro does utilise it and ive seen some videos showing a pretty decent speed increase from regular hdds.
Will 2Tb hit £100 in this year at this rate !!
Good price but waiting for it to drop further as not needed yet

Awesome, it’s the Pro I’ve got anyway so that’s good 🏻
£143 with a few free card. Hmm trying to hold out on a faster drive but this is tempting

This model has the same controller [Marvell 88SS1074] as the Sandisk Ultra 3D SSD with a DRAM chip from Nanya.

The main reason some people prefer DRAM in SSDs is because you'll get faster load times and a smoother gaming experience overall.
I am irrationally waiting for the £130 mark as that was the price for my first hard drive a 20GB seagate

Someone added a nice comparison to an earlier deal for WD Green, blue, black vs SanDisk. Could you remind us pleaee?

I've a feeling this was on a par with wd blue and crucial BX500?

Yes that was my good friend @ms84 - who wrote the following:

"WD Green = SanDisk SSD Plus, WD Blue = SanDisk SSD Ultra, that's to make it simple, Green is an entry level SSD, Blue Mid range and Black is top."

For this model however, in comparison to the 250GB, 500GB and 1TB models, it is better because it has DRAM.

Great price as they now they have a ( small but fine) DRAM chip. Does sound like prices will drop by the end of the year and into 2021 so there should be some very tasty deals coming up. Black Friday 2020 sounds like it will be interesting for SSDs at least!
Coming up £207 for me
