For a less sarcastic answer to the original questioner, no you can't DIRECTLY use SD cards with a MS Pro Duo slot, however with an adaptor you can actually use Micro SD cards within your PSP MS Pro Duo slot as in this link.

Unfortunately due to the size of standard SD cads, there is no way to internally utilise with an adaptor an SD card with a MS Pro Duo slot.

There is however an external solution to use SD cards in the MS Pro Duo slot on your PSP as in this link.
