WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE. *
*will laugh at this post in 2027 when 4tb cards are the norm.
You'd need to emigrate to Spain, learn the language, fall in love, get married, have kids, convert to Catholicism, bathe in sangria, choose between Real Madrid or Barcelona, have an affair, train to be a bull fighter, become obsessed with ham and most importantly mimic Manuel from Fawlty Towers at all times.
It was size of like 2 houses.
Now 400gb on size of a thumbnail
I haven't lost any in years. Maybe your device is the problem if you got them from reputable suppliers.
confused. you mean only on a galaxy note 8 and V30?
Put them in something bud. Easier to keep hold of
I meant on the note 8 max sd card official is 256 and on the LG V30 Up to 2 Tb

You started Project Pi, yet?
You lost them? Have you checked down the back of the sofa, they are micro....
Just remember that r/w cycles on microsd cards are comparatively limited (vs traditional drives).
More project ti these days
I honestly can't get off creed origins atm
....Zzzz
Works fine on note 8 confirmed by many.
But SanDisk are good with rma, though of course it's a right pain to loose all your data.
Also do you really want to send your faulty card off if it develops a fault and has data that could be retrievable? I guess you could encrypt it but I doubt many people do that. I think that’s what these manufacturers rely on when offering these long warranties.
Fingers v shaped to the cloud.
Yes you are right , i checked here video
'Lose'.
Sorry. It was doing my head in.
If anyone has any important data, never mind 400GB of the stuff, stored in single location, more fool them.
Backup your data, people. Seriously, it'll save you a world of misery when your primary storage device is lost/damaged/stolen/eaten by the dog etc.
I remember buying (I think it was 32MB) for my Diamond Rio PMP300 (anybody remember them?) in 1998ish. I think the memory card cost nearly as much as the bloody MP3 player.
HA!! I can remember buying a 20Meg HDD for the accidentally discounted price of £140 (should have been £499).
I don't get this world.. 24bit high quality audio, 4k tv, always pushing for more like we need it better, what's the point in it all? We're already at the stage that for watching and listening to stuff its pretty much perfect. Its the artistic content that counts, not how many GB of data the file takes up and how many pixels or bits they are compiled from. Great songs or movies transcend the media they are on, they do not need any further technical improvements on sound or vision to make any difference to their appeal.. and likewise a turd is still a turd (eg Justice League) in 8k resolution Dolby atmos etc etc
I know, I know, so bleeding typical
True, but there's no harm in presenting the work in the best possible format, within reason.
