What normally happens is that people order from Amazon and return a 'Genuine' Chinesium one with about 64Mb memory. If you get one check it out using something like H2testw - just saying

I had one of these and read and write speeds were good but durability was poor. The usb enclosure literally fell apart when I removed it from my pc once. Had to glue it all back together. A right pain.

I've had two of these fail on me in the past 5 years. Have dozens of different flash drives.. but these have been the worse for failure in a very short time.

I got a load of these SanDisk Ultra Flair 64GB USB 3.0 Flash Drives, about 1.5 Year's back (or so), from an HUKD Deal on here, via Curry's/PCWorld at the time ...

When via a particular VoucherCloud discount code 'implimented', the then £9.99 store price for it, immediately DROPPED £4 to only just £5.99 at the time.

And that was an EXCELLENT price for it, for them even, from wayyyyyy back when, etc? - and even moreso from a high street store brand as well ... (ESPECIALLY as just under 1 Month after, they they CHEEKILY put it's price UP by £1 - to £10.99 INSTEAD!!!).

And I'm still having some of those on me from that particular point in time too.

So with that, I'd like to add this also, it has a tendency to burn HOT when used continuously for long period's of time, at the time, etc (and sometime's even after 30 minute's of continuous usage, etc, it can get more than just casually 'warm', lol - so how much moreso when rather used for 1 hour+ at the time instead, or whatever?).

So bare allllllllll that in mind also?. :-)

It's heat disipation factor was also mentioned within that particular HUKD Thread at that time too, lol.

But on account of it's then incrediably CHEAP Deal!, well ... lol
These are great if you want to burn your fingerprints off whenever you unplug it.
Xxxxx stuff haha

2015 i paid £11.99

Is that what you do? Lol.
Also some unscrupulous people putting new phone shells on refurbished Chinese internals. Bought an apparently brand new phone off ebay. Phone came from China, phone appeared new but internals were refurbished with a poor aftermarket replacement screen. You only start to notice when your apparently new phone starts to stutter and lag. Took it to the apple store and they tell you its out of warranty and doesn't match the shell...
Got the 32gb one today from yesterday deal. It was all sealed up with an amazon sticker on the back.

What do you expect from China?

500gb end up being 512mb!
Appalling and annoying

eBay will refund but best check. I've had recent Samsung bar plus as well as these ultra flairs and they looked identical to my real ones. Use the software I linked above. My current fake to genuine ratio from eBay over the last few years is worse than 50:50. That's what you get if you hunt a bargain! Always been refunded by the bay.

Fake/genuine ratio of 50:50 is appalling....some people just want to buy the right thing that works as it says on the tin!!! Don't even mind paying a bit more....
