Pretty good, looking at other prices on similar drives. Not currently looking for a new drive but was just having a nose around Ebuyer and thought it was worth mentioning. Personally I'd not go any smaller than 240GB for a boot drive, I seemed to fill it in the blink of an eye. I do like to have a couple of programs running on it, for music editing/vid editing and what not.

Good price, back to a normal-ish price like 2 years ago!
Funny how china starts looking into memory price fixing and things start to come down in price !
Note that this drive is an older model with outgoing tech (replaced by the 'Ultra 3D' Sandisks, this is standard 2D TLC flash) and was something of a 'best of the rest' drive with the 850 Evo above it.
The MX500 (competitive with 850 Evo) would probably be a better buy for just slightly more (on Amazon at least) and with an extra 10GB available - this is definitely a better drive than the Sandisk SSD Plus though!

You lost me, but could you link the better deal?
I've just had a sandisk ultra 2 fail on me for the second time. I'm still under warranty but reluctant to rely on a third drive.

reddit.com/r/t…ng/. 'Appears to be a pretty good drive, but if this is an indication about 1 in 5 only lasts a few months.'
2 of my SanDisk SSDs failed within a year, my Samsung Evo 850s which are now 2 years in and get heavy daily use are still strong. I'm not a big fan of Samsung either but their SSDs are reliable, I don't like SanDisk and know of many others who have issues with their SD cards as well.

Never again
