If you've always liked the "turbo scroll" feature on the Logitech MX Revolution / Master mice but didn't want to pay £50+ for one of those, then get one of these.

I bought this specifically for that feature as its rare to find that in a cheaper mouse. Click the button and the wheel changes from a rachet mechanism to a free wheeling spinning motion (good for scrolling up/down long web pages or through long Word documents or similar).

Good price as well as it's 50% off the normal price of £34.99.

- Shape and size of this mouse is similar to that of the Logitech MX Revolution.
- Connects using a nano USB receiver
- Batteries included (2xAA)
- Batteries last up to 24 months
- Forward / Back buttons above the thumb position
- DPI switch between 800dpi and 1600dpi

Incidentally 'Sandstrom' is a business name used by the Currys / PC World / Dixons stores group. It's basically one of their brands.

I have the Bluetooth version of this and it's easily one of the best mice I have ever had.. until the little one borrowed it and lost it!...

UPDATE: I've noticed a problem with the unit I have. Only had it a few hours but in turbo scroll mode, when scrolling, it exhibits 'scroll bounce'.When you scroll down alot in free spin mode, stop the wheel, it bounces the screen back up a few lines even when you're not touching the wheel. It's like it's got a mind of its own. VERY annoying quirk. Not sure if my unit is faulty or if they're all like that. I'm going to get a refund/replacement after Christmas but at the moment, I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS until I can verify this issue and confirm that they aren't all like this.

UPDATE 2: I returned the mouse to PC World and got a replacement. Turbo scroll feature on this works absolutely fine, so it must have been a case that the original unit I got was faulty. This replacement model has a white serial number sticker on the USB receiver. Not sure whether that indicates a different batch, but there are no problems with this one. Accordingly, I'm happy to recommend this mouse again but do keep the receipt just in case.
