nice one, i train UFC so this will get me buff in no time

Only good if you use it, which after the first couple of goes 99% of people don't. So it's a complete waste of cash.

P.s. You will not get a bod like that from using this device alone. Pecs and abs available through a calorie controlled diet and a truck load of weight training.

Yup absolute waste of money, only way is a decent diet and lots of exercise. This will do nothing to get rid of that layer of chub in front!

thats the truth however if you want to strengthen the core do it the good ole fashion way as electro-stimulation of the muscles can have its down sides too.

Don't buy for goodness sake. But if you do you really should try it on your face, it's somewhat amusing.
