How accurate are these when used on humans?

So far (one from lidl, one from amazon with different maker) I have not been able to find one which is accurate enough, with temperature swinging widely from 35 to 37.5 sometimes.

Imho this is the most accurate one:33137759-n87ip.jpg

I had three of those, one bought in Lidl in Poland, two in Uk - we got two the same for a gift. They're rubbish, sorry to say that. Not accurate at all and unreliable. Tried three of them at the same time, 35.5, 37 and 37.5. One of them got broken, Lidl replaced it with the new one. Tried with my younger kid when he got ill, 38, 40 and... 43! Threw it to the bin.
Thanks - the reason I asked was that I bought one on Amazon that gave very inaccurate readings too and I sent it back. There should be compulsory validation for things like this.
Bought one as well and it isn't accurate at all. If you have a young child better save and get a Braun Thermoscan 7 for £ 30 on offer from Amazon (mosr GPs and hodpitals use it)
Thanks for the advice guys. I was going to buy one but wont now
