Skidu, no reflection on you, but Where Are the CHEAP DECENT Graphics cards???
I dont game, (unless asked to very nicely), and would like an upgrade but all the Graphics cards seem to be upper end of the market & I am looking to spend about £30

Anything about????

You may want to check out ATi's HD 4450 which will be launched towards the end of the month. It's passively cooled (so no noise), has low power consumption and should land at about the £30 point. If you don't game, one of these will be ideal.

I'll be sticking one in my HTPC as soon as I can get my mitts on one.

Well it really depends on what you class as 'decent' a 9800/4850 can be picked up for around £105 and a 8800 for around £80. Although this would generally limit you a max res of 1680x1050 with a mixture of med/high settings depending of what games you play.

I personally game on a 24" lcd @1920x1200 and my 7900gtx is finally starting to feel the pressure with the latest games. Read any reviews of you'll see the 4870 is a really strong card for its price range and can easily handle new games on max settings (bar crysis ofc)

Coming back to your original question, how come you want to upgrade you gpu if you don't play games on your pc? :?
