Not bad at all. Best Vega 64 available too. Sapphire are great.
I was just considering a vega 56, £50 more for this is damn tempting.

Isn't it worth waiting a few weeks for Navi? Might drive the price of Vega down a good bit.

Great card, I swapped out my Sapphire 56 for this Sapphire 64, there was a noticable bump in performance too even when both were undervolted/oc'ed.

Considering the RX 5700 is $400 (probably £370+ in the UK) and slower than a Vega 64 I doubt that will happen.
That's actually a very decent price. Sapphire Nitro cooler is probably the best one for this GPU.
I have the Sapphire Pulse Vega 56 and I'm very pleased with the performance. This Vega 64 should be a very good card for the next few years.

As for Navi...we'll have to wait for reviews, although the MSRP prices are a bit high for my liking.
Ye can't see these going much cheaper than this given where they sit in the performance charts. They will be discontinued soon so probably best to buy before it's too late
Should I pay using euro or pound? the Pound is saying its £347

Euro, but only if you have a card that doesn't charge a foreign currency transaction fee (e.g. Halifax clarity).

It will be faster than v64

Don't think the 5700 will only the 5700xt.
I was looking into Vega vs Navi as I want to upgrade soon....

I actually think that the 5700 (non-XT... stupid naming scheme) will be more comparable to the Vega 64 than the XT. It's a bit long winded, but the 2060 is ~7% faster than the Vega 56 [Techspot 2060 review]. The 5700 is expected to be ~10% faster than the 2060 [Techspot rx5700 info]. The Vega 64 is about ~10% better than a 56 [Eurogamer Vega comparison]. However, this Sapphire card is ~3-5% better than reference [Toms hardware review].

The lunch price of the 5700 is going to be $380, which will not be too far away from £365 when you include VAT (but god knows what it'll actually be). This Sapphire card will be about 2% better worse performance (which is negligible) than the 5700 for £25 less. The Navi cards are terrible value and I doubt they'll sell well without a price drop.

[EDIT: I meant 2% worse performance...but its still negligible]

Hmmm, trying to decide if the performance increase is worth swapping my 980Ti out for this.
But im still holding out for a good price on a 1440p 32" monitor with 144hz (currently playing at 1080p) so im not sure its worth buying a graphic card just yet.

It's worth noting that the base 5700 price will be for reference blower cards. The AIB (board partner cards) when released are likely to be more expensive than reference. The sapphire nitro one when released definitely.
5700 will be faster than 64, XT around 15% over non XT. Only a few weeks left, no point getting a GPU over the 300 mark til then to see how prices change and performance is.

Where are you getting your numbers from? AMD said the 5700 XT is 14% faster than the Vega 64 so I doubt the 5700 will be faster than the Vega 64 or the XT isn't a great upgrade.

Just some talk I've heard

A 15% difference between 2 models is pretty common, if you look at the Vega 56 and 64 for example, there's only around 10% between them. Anyway just wait for the reviews and you'll see it. The XT will be wtihin 10% of Radeon 7, the 5700 around 5%-10% over a 64.

Not sure, the list price is just under £300 (when converting from dollars) for the 5700. Add VAT at 20% and that is £360, and will likely cost more. And that will be for a blower card. The top end sapphire (be it Nitro+ or whatever) I would expect to come in around £450-500 once released in August.I have just bought this, showing £309 on my Visa account, so the same cooler for the 5700 could be 50% extra more expensive than the above, and I doubt you will get anywhere near 50% extra performance. If it comes remotely close, you can just send the Vega 64 back as Amazon are pretty flexible with returns (and some Amazon european shipments will come from the UK warehouse as well)
ordered with the new 38 euro off coupon, couldn't resist at that price

Same, according to AMD 5700 is 21% faster than RTX 2060 at 1440p in BF V.
The Vega 64 is about 11% faster than the RTX 2060, so 10% slower than the 5700. And I cannot see a 5700 coming in at much less than £400.
My 290x has lasted me 5 years and I paid about £280. If this does the same I'll be happy
Sapphire..... check
Nitro+..... check
