Out Stock . :x

was after one of these...

After having been caravaning for thirty plus years, there is one and only one type of lock that stops the thieves and that is a wheel boot of the type that blocks access to the wheel nuts.

All of the hitch type locks just give you a false sense of security.

The extreme from the professional thieves these days is they back up to the caravan, slap two large pieces of metal over the entire hitch regardless of its shape or lock attached, clamp it tight and drive away thirty seconds later to some place where they can cut the lock off in peace and quiet.

What needs to be done is stop the trailer from moving in the first place and a wheel boot does that.

Don't skimp on security. Make the thief go somewhere else.

Thank you for that tip tc80tc80. The way things are going with the economy, I'm not sure if we will be having ANY sort of holiday next year so the Caravan plans may go on hold!
