I buy them for myself!
These and tinned mackerel are a fantastic source of omega 3. Eat with a teaspoon straight out of the tin.
Bought some yesterday, and mackerel too for 51p I think it was. Takes me back to my youth. Sardines or pilchards on toast at the weekend, bit of pepper on top.

Our cat did

Remember the days bless her. Always get these from Aldi still

Emptied them in a bowl, moshed them up to put on toast then left at least half a tin for the cat to clear up out the bowl

Bowl started next to the kitchen sink cupboard and ended up in the living room lol

Thanks OP, dog treat / quick compact meal food.
Why is their mackerel (in sunflower) so tasteless compared to the lidl mackerel?

Anyone else?

I've heard the sardines in sunflower oil are better for you than the sardines in tomato sauce? I mean better health benefits.

Not sure. I do see them in olive oil sometimes so I’d pick those if given the choice but they do cost more. Normally go for the tomato sauce version. Love pilchards too.

I would guess same sex marriage, but who knows?
Great for giving to distant relatives at Christmas. Fab price
These are actually a nice snack but in my experience if you leave the can out for more than a day it will stink the house out even if you put it in the bin you want to throw it outside

At least you wouldn't be able to smell them from that distance. We'll thought out Christmas present.
Just had this tomato sardines - they aren't bad at all!
