PC World are a BIG rip off for all cables unless you are a business customer.

It is often worth popping into the business centre and asking for the "business price" - it sometimes works even if you are not a business customer :-)

Still more expensive ...

Get it for free if you can get the £1 voucher to work (that was posted on here about an hour ago).

Most of the time its usually a VGA cable unless the laptop has an HDMI port, then you need a HDMI cable

As for the deal, its ok i suppose. Most PC builders will have a lot anyway (like myself) as they come free with most motherboards

@ forevermum

You'll need either a HDMi or a VGA Cable (depedning on whether your laptop has a HDMi slot). Also your TV will need either of those inputs but if it's a new TV it will definately have one or the other.

Thanx is that the blue connection on my laptop?

Yes "blue connection" is for your video, but tis cable have nothing with it

OP, can you please not compare a deal with the most expensive example you can find? Just because it's cheaper than that doesn't make it a bargain! Let it stand up on its own.
