A well covered and recieved game from Coffee Stain and mainly positive reviews - not to mention this seems to be amongst the cheapest it's been.

Still in early access but has been growing for a long time!

Construct
Conquer nature by building massive factories across the land. Expand wherever and however you want. The planet is filled with valuable natural resources just waiting to be utilized. As an employee of FICSIT it’s your duty to make sure they come to good use.

Automate
Construct your factories with gracious perfection or build intricate webs of conveyor belts to supply all your needs. Automate trucks and trains to reach your faraway outposts and be sure to handle liquids properly by transporting them in pipes. It’s all about minimizing manual labour!

Explore & Exploit
Venture on expeditions to search for new materials and be sure to put everything to good use. Nature is yours to harvest! You have vehicles, jetpacks, jump pads and more at your disposal to make the exploration easier. Equip the proper safety gear as well, just in case you run into the local wildlife.

    Brilliant game

I second that, amazing game, blows my mind that one can literally build an interconnected factory across a whole map with complex logistics and it doesn't cause the game to come to a standstill and/or crash.
And it looks good as well!

Excellent game, multiplayer works well. 4 of us got completely hooked!

    Should be called Crackisfactory!

It must be close to final release, I'm sure the price will almost double so I'd recommend getting it now. (edited)

This game is crazy addictive; just a heads up before you dive in

Had this game from Title Update 1 days. Amazing. Last played when they added hypertubes. Look forward to playing it again once campaign comes out

I just looked at a trailer it looks a lot like No Man's Sky. Now that No Man's Sky is a decent game I guess that isn't a bad thing in comparison. Is this game anything like No Man's Sky to play though?

Also Early Access to me means cheaper price and is the better way of releasing an unfinished game rather than say Callisto Protocol, take the money and then patch the game after release terrible model that we have had for years.

Nothing like NMS at all other than it's a game as well.

Fancied this for a while but most of my pc gaming is on the steam deck these days, despite having a good pc.

how does this play on SD / with a controller? Too fiddly?

    I can't directly comment as I don't have a SD - I'm assuming you've seen this?
