Seems a good price for this model - plenty others available including HTC Desire HD for £369.97 using code.

Stay in touch like never before with the sleek brown Vodafone HTC Wildfire mobile phone that allows you to check Facebook©, Twitter™ and Flickr® at the same time, on one news feed. The multiple social networking capabilities also save time by allowing you to update all your profiles in one go. The extent that social networking is put to use does not stop there however; it links into your Caller ID so that when someone calls you, you will not just be told their name and number, but also extra useful information such as their Facebook© status and birthday date too.
Ensure you are always entertained and forever in the know with the thousands of apps that are available on Android Market™, including games, social networking and with new arrivals every day you are sure to find the apps to suit your lifestyle.
Additionally the HTC Wildfire on the Vodafone network comes with useful reference tools like one-touch dictionary, translation and Wikipedia® lookup.

Update - also now available the new LG Optimus Me P350 running Froyo 2.2. Just ordered via Tesco at £79.95 using voucher code. Might be worth a seperate post but keeps going in and out of stock as handset not yet officially released until W/C 21/03/11. Everywhere else is charging double this price.

The Vodafone 845 seems quite good value for £44.97 which includes £10 top up - just ordered myself using code and went through OK with Free Delivery for tomorrow and 108 Clubcard points. Not as good as San Fran but half the price and runs Android 2.1.

Sorry but not sure - have only bought one phone from Tesco before and that was locked but can't comment on all the models.

What network does Tesco piggy back for it's coverage ?

Can the Wildfire be unlocked for free? cheers

me too - nothing wrong with o2 I've been with them for 3 years now - shame the black OSF is out of stock - might go for the argos one instead.

Seriously thinking abt getting the SanFran!

This is a reat deal. Saturday, I bought the Wildfire and my wife the San Francisco.

No contest, she wants the wildfire. Better useability by a long way, battery life is better and it is more reliable in connecting to wifi compared to the san francisco.

The Wildfire comes up as £134.97 for me and only free delivery option is to the store, am I doing something wrong?

Thanks got this phone the other day, great offer!!

I popped into phones4u. They were doing the Wildfire unlocked version at £129.95 with no top-up needed.

Thanks so much for this..... got £10 off of an Orange San Francisco so very chuffed. Its the white one but I can put it in a case.

By the way, the free delivery shows as a £5 deduction after you proceed to checkout.

nice

Home Delivery is free on all PAYG phones - shows as £5 but when you finalise checkout (after selecting Home Delivery) it deducts the £5 and also the £10 if you have entered the Discount Code.

Just ordered along with the Tmobile £7.50 deal, both arrive Friday, cracking deal!

Good spot OP, Thanks!

I think you have to add something else to make it up to £50 minmum

YEah I figured that, but the above post suggests a straight purchase. If I have to spend more then it's not £35

would i be able to unlock the vodafone htc wildfire for free?

The black OSF is back in stock today - just ordered one
