Seems like a really good deal. May be a silly question, but if I buy through mobiles.co.uk is my contract with them and not EE? I.e. if I had to cancel my contract in 12 months, would I be dealing with EE charges or mobiles.co.uk (or both?).

Thanks

Your contract is with EE and any issues you have would go to them
Thanks - and any issues with the actual phone would be mobiles.co.uk right?

you would be dealing with EE if you needed/wanted to cancel you're contract as they are your network and yes there would be charges to cancel as you would have to pay off the remainder of the contract length.
Mobiles.co.uk would deal with faults within their specified period usually 28 days for most companies
hope this helps (_;)
Would the code work on any other deal like a deal with more data
Is BT sports included?

New!
Seems very cheap
Just upgraded to this but gonna sell it as I'd end up destroying it in work so rather have the cash , but heat added as good price that !
Currently allowed an early upgrade on my ee contract. Would I be able to buy this as upgrade and keep my number etc? Seems like a good deal.

And still pay for your 24mth contract.........

If he gets £500 for the s8 the he is paying £12.37 a month for 5gb of ee data and unlimited mins/texts. That's not too bad
I'm seriously debating whether to get this. I think nearer £750 for a complete deal and I'll bite. But don't know how long it'll be for that to happen

I understand setting yourself a threshold but equally some perspective: the difference of £47 over the life of the contract is less than £2 per month...

Inaccurate
Has anyone tried to get this today? It's not working for me. Getting the good old ' this voucher is not valid/expired' .
Voucher has expired?
Update:Still available over the phone, I got one through them in black this morning with this deal.
Tried to get this deal and EE rejected my application.....got my Experian credit check and had a score of 999. No one will tell me why I was refused....go figure!

Give EE a call and go through to retentions and they should be able to match or better this deal. That's what I did - got it for £25.99p/m £99 for phone (total cost £723 over 2 years)

How so?
797-750 = 47
47/24 < 2

A simpler way to look at it is 24*2 = 48

In my experience operators can never ever match deals found elsewhere - it's such a ball ache, especially since to keep your number you have to transfer to a different network first :-|

If you at the end of your contract push for your PAC code to get to retentions for the better deals.

Probably because the deal is finished. I'm pretty gutted too. There's a deal for this phone with O2 still active at £135 upfront and a total of 826 I think. But i don't know if o2 is worth going to.
