Look out for Woodmansterne cards with the "Free Tea for Two" flash on the cellophane wrapper (limited to the National Trust cards range, I think). I bought a nice birthday card today for £2.20 at Waitrose (below rrp of £3.95) and got a free voucher for Tea for Two at selected National Trust properties (fairly long list - but not everywhere).

As tea at NT properties is into second mortgage territory, this is a good deal if you are an NT member as you will save about £4 on the tea.

You need to get a code online and write it on the little card inside the greeting card packet. It's valid for a year. More details in the link.

You can also get special offer packs on line via Amazon (search Woodmansterne).

A bit of a faff, but they are good quality cards and the saving is impressive.

Moderators! Please can you move to deals. It isn't a freebie - you have to buy a card. I have messed this up and posted it in the wrong place.

Done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice

The special offer packs are on links like amazon.co.uk/Nat…53S - 9 pounds each with 1.50 delivery - so 5 delivered for 10.50, 10 delivered for 19.50, ...

It's just a voucher for a pot of tea for two isn't it? Cup of tea around £1.75 - hardly 'second mortgage territory', surely?
