I've just booked 4 tickets for £11 each this afternoon for the upcoming Disney On Ice Princess Wishes tour at the Liverpool Echo Arena on Friday 27/11/09. Merseyrail are offering a special discount of £4.50 on the normal £15.50 priced tickets, for the Friday show, making them just £11.

These are really good seats located at the front of the arena. You don't necessarily have to be a Merseyrail "customer" you just need to quote the word "Merseyrail" when booking the tickets. You can also avoid the booking fees like I did by paying cash at the box office.

The ad for the discunt can be seen at Merseyrail stations, including Lime Street underground. (limited 4 tickets per person)

Went to see this in Manchester and my two daughters absolutely loved it. I only paid £8 each though using a lovefilm code, so it may be worth looking round!

Sorry should have mentioned that the discount only applies to telephone and walk up bookings. Tel no is 0844 800 0400 (saynoto0870 lists 0151 475 8888 as being an alternative).

Just checked that other deal out. It's certainly a goodin' as it appears to offer more choice of dates and venues BUT the cheapest prices for Liverpool I can find are £10+£2 booking fee so if you specifically want tickets for the Liverpool show on the Friday night then my deal, at £11 each, works out at £1 cheaper per ticket if you walk up and pay cash.

Here's a link to the other deal anyway:
