I thought all routers broadcast 2.4 and 5ghz simultaneously, either as separate SSIDs or rolled into one?

Bought for £10.78 last week but that was the cheapest bayonet fitting wifi bulb I could find. Works ok though

These are not great, I have one that won't even connect to the app any more. When you turn it on manually it flashes off and on once every few minutes.

I've tried resetting it with no joy, contacting the Smart Life app developer who said to try resetting it.

I have another of the same light bulbs 3 feet away working fine and I've checked WiFi and the signal is ok.

Amazon claim it's past their returns window even though I bought it in November

My one never connected and I had to use mobile hotspot to set up. This is still the same as the bulb occasionally goes off and I need to do the same. If you have any idea to share would be much appreciated. Thanks
So many of these about that when you find em cheap enough just go for em. Flash Tasmota to the chip and can control them with HA then. Heat.
