This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

This is the first time these 4K Roku TV's from Hisense have dropped below the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of £329.00 and they are (currently) still being exclusively sold through Argos in the UK, so you won't find a better deal than this one. Other screen sizes (50-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch models) are also being discounted and this 43" model represents the second biggest saving versus the usual selling price. Essentially, it's a 4K smart television with the "smarts" provided by having a Roku player built-in to the TV and (as an added bonus) you also get 'Freeview Play' with all the additional catch-up services that are included. If you've been looking to upgrade your television to a 4K-capable model, then you could do far worse than to invest in this one at under two hundred and fifty quid. For your money, you'll be getting access to Netflix, NOW TV, Prime Video, Apple TV+ / iTunes Movies & TV, BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, All 4, My5, TVPlayer, UKTV Play, Shudder, YouTube, Google Play Movies & TV, Rakuten TV UK, Shudder, along with Freeview Play for Horror Bites and CBS Catchup On-Demand plus your choice of 8,700+ additional Roku channels (apps) filled with streaming content. Moreover, Disney+ is due to arrive at the end of March 2020... so you'll soon have access to that, as well !!

Any chance of an HUKD moderator adding this deal to the Roku tag list? Only it is an officially licensed Roku product (SEE: roku.com/en-…-tv FOR DETAILS).

Thanks.

What does roku do?

It basically provides all of the smart TV functionality, by giving you a choice of apps (called Roku channels) to install. There's not really any other platform which covers as many of the major streaming apps (e.g. no NOW TV on Amazon's Fire TV products, and no Prime Video on NOW TV's streaming products, etc.) plus you can navigate between the Roku channels (apps) really quickly - unlike the built-in apps on most smart TV's.

Hope that helps!

IDK if it's because I'm the OP of this thread, but I don't see any option to "Report Thread" on this deal. Maybe someone else could ask on my behalf?
Now tv, prime tv and Plex on one platform. Winner winner

No problem, I have reported it for you.
Roku in a TV seems like the best option for a smart tv, covers all the main UK streaming services. Wonder how long they'll support these?

My daughter bought one of these today with her Christmas money. Very good TV and the FreeView Play is perfect as there is no Aerial connection in her room. May be tempted to upgrade our bedroom one. Price is good considering they were only released on Black Friday this year.

It is Stand-by, but you can switch it off at the wall.
Just bought this....loving the Roku system set up and picture / sound more than adequate for a 2nd tv the “private listening” feature via the app is great thanks OP for the heads up on this TV x
Got one of these yesterday and I'm pleasantly surprised by it. It replaced a 1080p plasma and while the blacks aren't as good it's much better in almost every other way. Menu systems are the best of any TV, smart or otherwise, I've used.

Hi Brite

If I was you i'd buy the Hisense 43-inch 4K Roku TV R43B7120UK

The roku smart tv is above and beyond the standard smart tv on the other one.
Lovely tv for £249. Roku menu easy to navigate, loads of channels, very good picture. Very happy with my purchase.

Thanks. Looks like this 43-inch model plus the 50-inch one have now been tagged as "Roku" deals, but my deals for the 55-inch and 65-inch Hisense Roku TV models have not. Is there any chance you could also report those to the mods on my behalf? If so, it would be much appreciated! Cheers.
