All our PERi-PERi chillies are grown in Southern Africa where, sadly, millions of people are affected by malaria every year. But, together we can make a big difference.

During September, you can buy a Nando’s Fighting Malaria bracelet in our restaurants, or donate any spare change instead. Every bracelet bought protects two lives for a whole year.

Small change, big difference.

What's your point? Just because it's charity doesn't give it special rights to be voted hot.
Not knocking the cause, but it's not really a deal. That said... hasn't stopped other "charity" causes going hot on here

Wow! What a statement there. I doubt you'll be saying that if you or any of your love one or anyone whom you know got them.
A Nando's branded charity bangle? Can't help but feel this is a cynical advertising ploy, masquerading in the form of charity "helping those poor Africans where our chillies are grown." No thanks! I somehow don't trust the charity credentials of a multi-million £ chicken shop.
A quick google says that it costs $2-$2.50 for each adult treatment. @£3 it just don't add up, unless they're using child labour as its probably cheaper to treat children. Just a thought.
