Go gentle if this isn't your sort of thing, but I own a couple of these and they're lovely. I think Quidco is available at 14% and P&P is about £3. Go easy if it's not your thing, only trying to help people who may be out for something like this. Take care, have a happy new year...

From site:

Youll never know just how great a pleasure it can be to wear a jumper knitted from yarn spun from the underbelly fleece of a Mongolian goat unless you try a Savile Row Company cashmere.

Our Cashmere Crew Neck is generously fitted with fully fashioned saddle shoulder. Knitted from medium-weight fine gauge cashmere, its superbly warm thanks to the unique properties of this luxurious, much-prized wool. Unusually for cashmere, this jumper is also hand-washable.

In a selection of five great autumn/winter colours: olive, berry, navy, stone and grey.

Seems a very good cheap deal for cashmere - ignore the original price of £180.00, though. I bought two shirts last year from the same company and regretted it - poor quality, certainly not worth even the much reduced price. Savile Row in name only, I think - a mail order company; no shops, no high street.

Seems like a good deal, but I am dubious of any company that does not give a contact address. I think they are using Saville Row as an implication of quality when it may not be the case. Prove me wrong.

Tesco's are doing them for £27 and asda are even cheaper I believe - COLD sorry

gosh wish i had known earier -- any was tempted by shirts which were a let down or maybe saville row could be replaced by sainsbury shirts:roll:

Try good 'ol TKMaxx, they have a selection now at £30, a bit hit and miss with stock though I know. But this price for a cashmere sweater is good as long as the quality is good... hot.

;-) good old asda here in scouseland are doing them for £23

lol@ asda

i think that defeats the purpose of buying a high quality fabric to wear

i can now see why the supermarkets are becoming such worldwide monopolies.......

Yeah, I wouldn't trust this company. They have nothing to do with Saville Row and never sell anything at full price.

I am sorry OP but had very bad experiences with Saville Row and hate their quality so voted cold

Cashmere jumpers reduced from £49 to £29 in their Kingston Upon Thames branch. I'm not sure if the offer also applies on their web site, as they seem to be slow updating it. Also had men & ladies Merino wool reduced in sales to £14.99 (£5 off original price).

Don't think these ever retailed for £180. If they did you would be mad to pay that much for a jumper.

I find uniqlo cashmere jumpers to be of a good quality and good price.

I bought a couple of shirts from these in the past not bad quality if compared to next etc

these will go down again. i paid £30 for mine last year.

Well good for the uk. But i picked up half a dozen in the states, RL and CK for £20 each a couple of weeks before christmas. Much beter brand, quality and fit. Even with the **** pound.

Clothes are a complete rip off in the uk.

not cashmere and not Saville Row. Cold.

I scanned a cashmere jumper yesterday for £19 in Tescos.

Horrible company, tried to deal with their customer services, spent 100 on work shirts which were TERRIBLE. Wouldn't wash the car with them!

They made poor dusters! Ones from Wilkinsons ran rings around them.

So cold from me, if their shirts are bad from a shirtmakers I don't hold out hope for any other products.

Check the label inside and see the percentage of cashmere - probably not over 10%. The rest is wool.

not cashmere and not Saville Row. Cold.

My advice is better spend £50 to £100 on a really good cashmere jumper - if you can afford it.
It will last years and give plenty of enjoyment - whereas a cotton jumper with 15% cashmere may be a bit softer - a little warmer than just a normal cotton jumper - it's still not the same.
