Splinters? You must be an American gardener then?.........

Don't we get splinters in the UK? Get plenty where I come from.

My wife is a Geordie and calls them "spelks". I'm from London and had never heard that word before, to me it's a splinter.
£5.49 for a 30g tube. No thanks. It's much cheaper in stores.
Better getting the 100g for £3

Amazon Prime membership costs £7.99 per month, so people are paying £8.99 for a 30 gram tube.

You are quite correct to point that out Amir, if a full paying Amazon Prime member only bought this one item all month then technically it would cost them £8.99.

However if that were the actual case and that Prime member were not making other purchases throughout the month, not taking advantage of added online benefits and not making enough savings for that Prime membership to pay for itself, then maybe a Prime subscription is not their best option altogether?

I posted this deal based on the fact that if someone already has a Prime account (their choice, not mine) then they can benefit from buying this discounted item using their Prime account and benefit from free next day delivery.

I agree also, if you don’t have Prime then no one in their right mind would buy this with the standard Amazon postage charge. That postage incidentally, is added onto these posts by the moderators before an item becomes visible.

I see many non-Prime posts on here that are a bargain but perhaps due to geographical purposes, would not be such a cost saving if I for example, had to undertake a 50 mile round trip. It doesn’t mean it is still not a bargain to others however?

Amazon Prime works for me, due to my personal circumstances and locality, so great. Others without Prime, save £8 a month and that suits them also, great also. Each deal post on here isn’t going to benefit everyone and it is the buyers own discretion at the end of the day.
