New to posting so go easy on me.
Just got back from ASDA and they had the Batchelors savoury rice on offer at 5 for a £1 or 52p each. Saving £1.60
All flavours seem to be included but they only had Chicken, Beef, Mild Curry and Golden

not a fan of rice but this seems a good deal compared to the usual price, not sure why its being voted cold

Oh, yum, they did this offer a while ago, good to see it back!

Voted hot.

nice deal

Was going to post this myself as I got some last night. Also bought the Batchelors Super Noodles on the same offer, 5 for £1.

Nice find...

This is a great example of everything that has gone wrong on this site recently.

I HATE batchelors savoury rice and would never buy it but this deal is HOT.

I have voted hot to drag it out of the cold zone but why on earth was it voted cold in the first place.....

Voted hot..
We use these packets of rice a lot. Bung in some mixed seafood & chicken and you have instant Paella.

Great deal I love these packs of rice :)

hmmmmmmmm hot hot hot.....

Try not to worry about it - hot deals will always become hot due to the majority, not the minority of 'click everything cold as it give me a feeling of power and control I don't normally have in my life' numptys!

If a deal is genuinely cold then usually a reason will be given to assist others to decide on the value it.

Very hot, thanks to the OP

This particular rice is my potatoes/chips, if you catch my drift

I will now be stocking up

Just in time too, I'm running low on the yummy garlic butter flavour ;-)

Only if you can't make up your own mind & are totally reliant on the temp gauge to decide whether you should buy something or not. Sure it's kinda irritating when deals start out getting hit with cold votes during the first hour or so without comment but as has been pointed out, GENUINELY hot deals will ALWAYS end up at a representative temp

You should only vote cold if the deal is cheaper elsewhere, and state why you've voted cold and provide a link of the cheaper deal.
These small deals have as much right to be on here as the big screen TVs and computers.

voted hot, i will be going there 2mz to get some, great deal this is

thank you for this deal, these are delicious!

bargain!

please put supermarket offers in a different section
