These are great for shuttering when building a shed base.
That's a steal. I pay £1/foot for reclaimed boards. That does include delivery though.
I use these for fencing, cut into 6' lengths, paint with a couple of cotes of Creoseal then just slot them in. They're virtually indestructable, handy when the weather is like it has been for the past 2 months. Works out about £30-40 a 'panel', which is what you'd pay for a half-decent feathered timber one, but these are a doddle to install and will last indefinitely.

Plus you can attatch things too them like heavy planters etc.

Great deal, similar in price to second hand ones, but new! Ordered 4 for the allotment. Thanks.

Do you slot them down concrete posts, just wondering

Yep they're a perfect fit, sometimes best to measure though just in case they're slightly +/- 6' especially at the tops of the posts. If you want to make them even more secure just nail some 1/2" battening vertically at each side to wedge them further into the posts, also stops any slight rattles in the wind.
Brilliant find op...just what I was after for the Allotment!!
Lol I hired x2 scarf boards from Hss hire last month for the same price and also had to leave a £80 deposit
Trouble is, based on Hubby's experience today, you order stuff off this lot, pay for it, get the e-mail that they are ready for collection, drive 40 miles then they haven't got what they told you was ready for collection. Useless bunch of to**ers I think he called them.
Brilliant - perfect for the allotment too Thank you
by reviews it looks like its fairly common to have these with splits right along the length so watch out
do wickes do a something like a free cutting service or do i take a saw and do it in the carpark? X)
not paying 25quid+ delivery to get a couple of these!
I'd recommend you check them in store
If you fancy a bit of fun this Christmas..

Neither of my two local Wickes stores have a cutting service. I suspect it's like that in all of them.
Great price
Solid Deal !!!
picked 3 up today, no splits or warps. Just what I needed to renew garden bench. Took saw with me and cut in half.
What did you use to stain the boards? Look great

Have a look at van dyke crystals, a lot cheaper than buying liberon stains. Rest express are a good company to buy from. Then if you fancy it add some stain to beeswax
